"I put some of the new panels up yesterday and they dramatically improved the sound in my piano room and they look wonderful. They seem much more effective than the auralex units. They have done exactly what I wanted, which was to reduce ringing in a reverberant room without deadening it down. Perfect."

“I think the one purchase that stands out the most in recent history is the Silence Case for my computer. I just didn’t realize how much racket the computer was really making and how much it interfered with my work. I now can do much longer sessions due to less noise fatigue. If you are experiencing a lot of noise in your work environment from the fans in your computer this is the way to go. The finish and fit of these cases is absolutely first class and even at high speed (fan settings) the sound emitted from the case is almost unnoticeable. Now when I fire up the computer and close the front door of the case it is silent in the room. These boxes were named correctly. I am looking forward to the next time I need to record vocals. I used to dread cutting vox tracks as I had to deal with tricky gates and other means to reduce the noise to an acceptable level. Not anymore!”

“I picked up my silence case today and put it straight into my project studio. It’s absolutely amazing. I didn’t realize what noise I was missing. As a member of a family of lumberman and carpenters, I really appreciated the work done. It’s solid and is head and tails over competing products I looked at. Thanks for your assistance and I will strongly recommend your work to other artist.”

“Silence Cases custom builds each box to your specifications and delivered exactly what I ordered. The finish looks great and it’s a very solid piece. After I ordered it I read some comments online about them not being completely silent and that scared me a little. My CPU is already very silent. I made it from scratch with the quietest power supply and fans that I could find. So I crossed my fingers and plugged it in. Then I went to see why it wasn’t working. After getting inside the case to double check the fan connections I realized that it was working! This is a very silent case…and it moves and lot of air. I set my CPU inside, made my connections and got to mixing. It was great to mix in silence. All the low level detail just shines through. After 4 or 5 hours I decided to check my internal temperature and found that it was the same as the external temp, which is saying a lot because I’m using an over clocked AMD xp2500 that produces a lot of hot air.”

“I recently purchased a G4 dual processor and configured it with two 80 gig internal drives. In addition, I purchased an external 120 gig firewire drive. So much power, but so much noise. I am a composer/producer and built a project studio here in my home where I do the majority of my work. I am also a guitarist/vocalist and often record other singers and solo musicians here. I first realized that the noise from the fans would be a problem when I tried to record very quiet passages with an acoustic guitar. I found musical ways around the problem (addition of percussion, etc.), but a time would come when I wouldn’t have that option. The final straw for me was the sense of relief I experienced when I shut the system down. The absence of noise was shocking. Enter the Silence Case, and my problems have been solved. I am very impressed with the fan system in the case as well as the fit and finish. I find that my G4 actually runs cooler in the case (with the fans set to high) than it would without one. I am a believer in the Silence Case and have recommended it to many of my colleagues. Thanks for inventing it!”
